Pet Friendly Community

Royalwood Apartments is a pet-friendly apartment community and we happily offer a dog park. Homes containing 1 pet must pay a $250 pet fee, and $35 monthly pet rent. Homes containing 2 pets must pay a $400 pet fee, and $55 monthly pet rent. Within the community, we do not have any weight or age limit, although we have breed restrictions.
